1. Refund Eligibility
At Affirmify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Requests made within 14 days of initial purchase
- For monthly subscriptions, before 50% of the billing cycle has elapsed
- For annual subscriptions, within 30 days of purchase
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@affirmify.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
3. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- AI credits purchased separately from a subscription
- Custom voice recordings
- Subscriptions after the refund eligibility period has passed
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. To receive a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request one according to the eligibility criteria above.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues preventing service access), we may extend the refund eligibility period. These cases will be evaluated individually by our support team.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new refund policy.
